I bought a home in Akron without having to travel 1000+ miles from Florida. Kirsten was very helpful in making the process manageable from such a distance. She was helpful in securing a home mortgage, getting homeowners insurance, and especially with finding someone to install a new furnace as well as helping find a chimney sweep for the fireplaces so we could use during the cold spell. She makes herself readily available when you aren't familiar with the area. I really appreciated the assistance after the sale.

She was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the process like the expert that she is. What we wanted was not easy to find, but, Kirsten did not let us give up- and we made her go all over! When “The One” hit the market- we saw it that day and she had an offer submitted that night. The housing market was crazy at that time, but she fought so hard for us. We were re-locating to Cleveland from 2 hours away, and so most of the process was virtual. Christina arranged for us to visit a house we had seen on line, and then coached us through the process of making an offer, deciding upon critical contingencies of the sale, negotiating those contingencies, and then hitting all of the critical milestones along the way. She was generous with her time, careful in monitoring what we had completed (and what we had not!), and always willing to provide suggestions and best practices when we had questions. When I came to her about the possibility of buying my first home months prior she helped me get connected with a loan officer and helped me achieve the necessary steps to qualify. My partner and I have been investing in real estate for over eight years, and in this case we ran into serious issues with the contractor who handled the rehab. After receiving an offer, the buyer’s inspection revealed a long list of repairs that needed to be addressed.
